I am a licensed, certified massage therapist, Lomi bodyworker, somatic life coach & evolutionary astrologer. My office is located at 3805 Taylor Rd, Suite 8 in Loomis, CA 95650. I received my massage certificate from Integrative Therapy School in Sacramento, CA in 1996. At the Rancho Strozzi Institute in Petaluma, Ca, I studied under the founders of the Lomi School, Richard Strozzi Heckler & Robert Hall, in the areas of somatic education and Lomi bodywork in 1995. While the names are similar, Lomi bodywork is different from the Hawaiian Lomi Lomi massage. I have been in full time practice since July 1996.

My practice is somatically oriented to bring balance or "wellness" back into our lives. My practice includes a wide range of clients who are seeking to improve a variety of health-related issues such as injuries; pre and post op work; clients with chronic pain or illnesses such as cancer, diabetes, lupus and fibromyalgia; clients working through body issues as a result of childhood trauma; as well as clients seeking massage for stress management, relaxation and other health benefits.

Your well-being is the goal of massage and bodywork. Your sessions will utilize a variety of massage techniques and bodywork methods specific for your individual needs and desired outcome. In addition, I use only therapeutic grade essential oils in my massage lotions and oils.

Grounded, centered and with intention, I work to create and hold a safe place for my clients to facilitate their own healing. As a Lomi Bodyworker and Trained Massage Therapist, I am experienced and comfortable working with the physical and emotional releases that often occur as a result of clear, safe, well-intentioned, nurturing touch.
